Ensuring the Best Experience

At Jo Anne's House of Natural Beauty LLC, I will make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave the incomparable Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. All appointments are by appointment only. You have 24 hours to inform me of any problems with service for a repair or refund. There is a $50 nonrefundable deposit for services that take over 3 hours If you have any questions, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help.

Cancellations

Our Flexible Salon Policy

At Jo Anne's House of Natural Beauty LLC, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to fit you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.

Tardiness

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Jo Anne's House of Natural Beauty LLC and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
